All our wedding veils are handmade to order, which means we cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with the product. Any faults must be reported within seven days of delivery.

Before ordering your wedding veil from us, please consider the following:

  1. Correct Measurements: Ensure you have the accurate measurements for your wedding veil before placing your order. As each veil is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect color choices or lengths.
  2. Fabric Swatches: We highly recommend ordering one of our fabric swatches before purchasing your veil to ensure a perfect color match.
  3. Lead Time: Our veils are made to order with a standard lead time of four weeks. Bespoke wedding veils have a lead time of twelve weeks.
  4. Overseas Shipping: For our overseas customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any additional shipping costs, VAT, customs, and excise duties in your country. Non-payment of these fees may result in delays. Contact us prior to placing your order to calculate overseas shipping fees.
  5. Order Responsibility: We cannot accept responsibility if you have ordered the wrong length or color veil. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
